Who Am I?

I am a 26 year old with acne. And I know. I know that having acne can be debilitating at times with unsolicited advice and underlying feelings of unworthiness. Over the years I have gained acceptance through knowledge and no longer allow acne to rule my life. I want to share this feeling with you guys. If you feel like you’ve tried every product, different diets, and every “natural” treatment, then this is the page for you.

I created this blog to share the tactics that have worked for me and the information I am learning while I get my holistic nutrition certification. We’ll talk about skincare and outside influences that can trigger acne. But, we’ll also talk about the inside of our bodies and how hormones, gut health, stress and other issues play a part in the health of our skin. I’ll show how stubborn acne is rooted within the body through research and my own trials to give you the power to take control of your acne journey
